Refunds and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Vogue Fashion purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

We currently only offer exchanges for printing defects or mistakes made by our courier service within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will happily issue a full refund if you receive a damaged item.
Refund will be issued within 5 to 7 working days after refund approval.
To claim a refund, simply email us a clear picture and video of the damaged product at support@vogueoutfits.shop
You can choose between a refund or store credit.
Please note: Refunds are not available for issues related to size, quality, or color.
We take transparency seriously and provide detailed product descriptions to avoid these issues.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vogueoutfits.shop

We cannot accept claims for products where the description was not read beforehand.
Due to our order verification process, empty parcels are highly unlikely. Please refrain from making false claims for refunds or replacements.
